What kind of content will you create for my business?

Can we add extra emails to the set package ?

Absolutely! In fact, industry experts suggest that 1-2 emails per week is ideal frequency for better sales. There is no limit to the number of extra emails you can send. Each additional email campaign we must create will come at an additional cost of $99.

What does the timeline look like for this product?

Before we begin the work, we complete a content call with you. On the initial email campaign, the content call will be part of a larger onboarding and setup call. Once the content call is complete, we’ll have a first draft of the email campaign complete and ready for review within 5 business days. You will have 2 business days to approve or suggest any edits to the email design. If no response is received, we will send the email out as is.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

Because we create and refine your email marketing strategy from the start there are no hidden fees or cancellation fees. Also, you can continue to use the signup forms and email templates we created on your behalf even should you to choose to not continue with iQuest Media.

Do you provide stock images?

We can absolutely provide stock images if requested and if required. However, we recommend that you provide professional images of your business, services and/or products to ensure an authentic and engaging email campaign.

Is a monthly content-call necessary?

We always recommend completing a short content call for every monthly campaign. This helps ensure that our team can deliver an email strategy that suits you needs and targets the right audiences with the right messaging

What are the limits for word count on each email?

We do our best to adhere to the industry’s best practices, as 200 words typically receives the best open and click-through rates
